As of December 31, 2009, it operated 34 branch offices, 39 sub branch offices, 8 cash offices, 10 payment point, and 56 automatic teller machines. The company was formerly known as PT Bank Inter-Pacific Tbk and changed its name to PT Bank Artha Graha Internasional Tbk in July 2005. PT Bank Artha Graha Internasional Tbk was founded in 1973 and is headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia.
